Labels & facestock
A label is half of a printed code; the ribbon is the other half. Sold separately they are two guesses. We supply them as a tested pair, so what comes off the applicator is the same on day two hundred as it was on day one.
Paper facestock for cartons and outer cases. Synthetic — PP and PET — where the label has to survive moisture, oil or handling. Freezer-grade adhesive for cold chain, where an ordinary permanent adhesive lets go the moment the pack goes below zero.
Roll diameter, core size and wind direction have to match the applicator. Those three details cause more rejected deliveries than the label material ever does, so we confirm them on the first order and keep them on file.
