Why Runicha

A supplier that knows what is in the machine

Anyone can sell a bottle of solvent. The value is in knowing which bottle, for which printer, on which pack — and saying so before you order rather than after it fails.

Matched, not equivalent

Every fluid we quote is tied to a printer model and a substrate. "Compatible" on its own is not an answer we give.

Papers with every batch

Certificate of analysis and MSDS on every consignment, and a food-contact declaration where the grade carries one.

Dispatch the same day

Stocked lines leave the same working day. If something has to be ordered in, you hear that before you place the order, not after.

Engineers, not a call centre

The people who supply the fluid also service the machines. When a code goes soft, that is one phone call instead of three.

Cost per code, not per litre

A cheaper bottle that halves your service interval is not cheaper. We will show you the arithmetic on your own consumption.

Stock held for repeat lines

Regular customers get their grades held in our stock, so a standing order ships instead of waiting on a production run.

How it works

From a photo of your cabinet label to a standing order

Four steps, and the first one takes you about a minute.

  1. 01

Tell us what is on the line

Printer make and model, the substrate you print on, and the ink part number currently in the machine. A photo of the cabinet label is usually enough.

  2. 02

    We match the grade

We come back with the exact ink, make-up and cleaner set for that machine and that pack — not a generic equivalent that happens to be in stock.

  3. 03

    Trial before you commit

On anything new to your line we send a sample, so you can run it on your own product at your own line speed before placing a full order.

  4. 04

    Standing order, on schedule

Once the grade is settled we size a repeat order against your real consumption, so the store never runs dry mid-shift.

Industries

Lines we already supply

The substrate decides the ink long before the printer does. These are the sectors whose packs we know.

See every industry →

Food & beverage

Batch, best-before and MRP on films, pouches, cans and cartons — with food-grade and low-migration grades where the code sits on the primary pack.

Pharmaceutical

Low-odour ethanol inks for clean rooms, and high-contrast codes on blisters, cartons and vials that survive a serialisation scan.

Dairy

Fast-fixing inks for pouch-fill lines and condensation-heavy rooms, where a code has to set on a wet, cold surface.

Cosmetics & personal care

Clean marks on glass, coated plastics and metallised film, where the code must be legible without spoiling the pack.

Cables & wires

Abrasion-resistant inks that fix in milliseconds and survive extrusion, spooling and installation.

Automotive components

Permanent marks on metal, rubber and moulded plastic — traceability that lasts the life of the part.

We supply high-quality compatible consumables — inks, make-up, cleaners and ribbons manufactured to match the performance of the original fluid for a given printer family. We say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Brand names elsewhere on this site identify the printers our products are made to work with; we are not an agent of, and are not affiliated with, those manufacturers.

If your machine is inside an OEM warranty or an OEM service contract, check the wording before you switch — some contracts require the manufacturer’s own fluid. Most of the printers we supply for are out of that window. We would rather tell you to wait than sell you a fluid that costs you a warranty claim.

Send us the printer make, the model and the part number on the cartridge currently fitted, plus what you print on. A photo of the cabinet label and the old bottle answers all of it. We come back with the matching ink, make-up and cleaner as a set.

Yes, on anything new to your line. Running a sample on your own product at your own line speed settles in twenty minutes what a datasheet argues about for a week. Ask for it with your enquiry.

A certificate of analysis for the batch, the MSDS for the fluid, and a food-contact declaration where the grade carries one. If your quality system needs anything beyond that, say so at the enquiry stage and we will confirm whether we can supply it.

Send us your printer model. We will do the rest.

A photo of the cabinet label and the old ink bottle is enough for us to quote the exact ink, make-up and cleaner set your line needs.
