Everything a coding line consumes
Eight families, ordered the way a plant actually buys them: what the printer drinks, what it prints onto, and what wears out. Every one of them is matched to a printer model and a substrate before we quote it.
What the printer drinks
Ink, make-up and cleaner are a set. Mixing families changes conductivity, and a charge electrode that cannot place drops accurately is a printhead on borrowed time.
Continuous inkjet
CIJ inks
MEK and ethanol based inks for continuous inkjet coders, in black, white and the full colour set.

Replenishment fluid
Make-up & solvents
The solvent your coder drinks all day. Matched to the ink family so viscosity stays in band.

Wash & flush
Cleaning solutions
Printhead wash, service flush and cabinet cleaner — the fluids that decide how long a head lasts.

Thermal inkjet
TIJ cartridges
Sealed thermal inkjet cartridges — solvent and water based, for porous and non-porous packs.

Ribbon and label are two halves of one printed code. Bought separately they are two guesses; bought as a tested pair they behave the same on day two hundred.
What wears out, and when
Filters and nozzles are cheap. The unplanned stop they prevent is not. These are the parts worth having on your own shelf.
Scheduled maintenance
Filters & service kits
Main filters, pre-filters, air filters and the full service kits that come due at the hour mark.

Wear & breakdown
Spare parts
Printheads, nozzles, pumps, valves, viscometers and the umbilical — the parts that stop a line.

We supply high-quality compatible consumables — inks, make-up, cleaners and ribbons manufactured to match the performance of the original fluid for a given printer family. We say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Brand names elsewhere on this site identify the printers our products are made to work with; we are not an agent of, and are not affiliated with, those manufacturers.
If your machine is inside an OEM warranty or an OEM service contract, check the wording before you switch — some contracts require the manufacturer’s own fluid. Most of the printers we supply for are out of that window. We would rather tell you to wait than sell you a fluid that costs you a warranty claim.
Send us the printer make, the model and the part number on the cartridge currently fitted, plus what you print on. A photo of the cabinet label and the old bottle answers all of it. We come back with the matching ink, make-up and cleaner as a set.
Yes, on anything new to your line. Running a sample on your own product at your own line speed settles in twenty minutes what a datasheet argues about for a week. Ask for it with your enquiry.
A certificate of analysis for the batch, the MSDS for the fluid, and a food-contact declaration where the grade carries one. If your quality system needs anything beyond that, say so at the enquiry stage and we will confirm whether we can supply it.
Stocked lines are dispatched the same working day when the order is confirmed before cut-off. Transit then depends on your location, and on the fact that solvent-based fluids ship as hazardous goods — which rules out air courier on some routes. Non-stocked items are quoted with a real lead time before you commit.
Yes. Breakdown attendance, scheduled preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts, carried out by engineers who work on coding equipment. Coverage depends on your location — ask, and we will tell you straight whether we can reach you.
There is no minimum on stocked ink and make-up: a single cartridge is a valid order. Ribbons and labels are supplied by the roll or the box depending on size. Bulk and standing-order pricing starts once we can see your monthly consumption.
Not sure which grade you are on?
Send the printer model and the part number on the cartridge currently fitted. We will identify the family and quote the matching set.
